You agree to:

• Manipulate ratings or matchmaking systems

5. League and Match Participation

We do not guarantee:

• Match quality or fairness
• Availability of courts, opponents, or schedules

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate self-ratings
• Participating in good faith

6. Payments

If payments are offered through the App:

• Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe
• We do not store full payment card details on our servers
• You agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and policies when making payments
• We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment processors

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App, its owner(s), and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another user or third party

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Dawson County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that:

• Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis (no class actions)
• You waive your right to a jury trial
• Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
